napabride17 :  thank you! I bought crystals in 5 different sizes. (20ss, 16ss, 12ss, 10ss, and 5ss). I lined the top and bottom of the shoe with the 12ss size to create a border. Then I randomly placed the largest size crystal (20ss) all over the shoe. I used the 16 and 12s to radiate out from the large crystals and then filled in the little gaps with the 10ss and 5ss. Here are some more pictures from along the way.

Erko_1022 :  I LOVE these shoes!!  I also fell in love with those $1000 Etoile shoes haha and these seem like a gorgeous alternative!  I’m having trouble finding them online…do you have a link you can share?  Am I correct that the soles say “De Blossom Collection?”

napabride17 :  thanks! The glue is called E6000 and I bought that as well as the crystals at an online store called Dreamtime Creations. I also recommend another tool (I forget what it’s called) but it looks like a pen with a wax tip. It makes picking up the crystals so much easier and faster.

july17bride :  Hi! I’d say that they are fairly true to size if not ever so slightly on the “runs larger” scale. Generally I’m an 8 – 9.5 in shoes (depending on the style – heels tend to run a little narrow for me) and I ordered a 9 in these. They are very comfortable and fit great but I probably could have gotten away with the 8.5.

Super comfy though! I couldn’t really see it in the photos but they actually have a nice lining/padding so it’s not just a hard flat bottom.
