So, are you saying that you are considering buying a shapewear cami?  It might work if your torso is short enough for the cami to come down to your hips.  You know, I think they still make those leotard-type shapewear with straps and snaps in the crotch, but I’ve always found them to be uncomfortable.  And shapewear is just HOT anyway.  I know I’m NO help…  sorry.

By The Way – what if you posted this in full figured?  I’m sure there are some ladies there that have the inside scoop on lightweight shapewear.  I’m a jeans and T-shirt person, so I only own a couple of pieces of shapewear.

I really like my Spanx. I buy them a size too big so they aren’t KILLING me/making it difficult to breathe. I’ve never had any issues with them making noise. The only thing I hate is having to go to the ladies room. Lol!

ETA – They make them in all different kinds of cuts, some with straps that look like dresses (short dresses) which may help with noise or bathroom issues, though I have never tried any. Then obviously the kind with no legs, shorts, and longer ones.
