I’m three weeks away from my wedding and still don’t know what I’m doing with my hair. My hair is like boob-length, not as long as I would like it to be but not short either. I originally wanted half up half down curls. Some things that are worrying me are that, as long as weather permits, my wedding ceremony and reception are going to be held outside, which means it’s going to be hot and humid and possibily windy! I’m worried about the curls falling out or the wind blowing them in my face the entire ceremony, but that’s really what I had my heart set on and I can’t find any updos I like! Any input is appreciated!! Also here is a picture of my dress in case that sways anyones opinion.

this question is hard to answer because i don’t know your face shape. face shape can make the same hairstyle look completely different on two different people.
another thing to consider – the climate during your wedding. i would hate to have sweaty hair on my neck for a summer wedding. does you hair hold a curl well? etc. etc.
since your wedding is in june, i chose all up 🙂
I know your hair is on the shorter side so some of those things may not apply to you but those are all the things i thought about when choosing my wedding hair style (round face, looks better hair hair up, hair can’t hold a curl)
good luck 🙂

I’m not sure what my face shape would be. It’s definitely not a heart, or a square. I would guess round or oval.
I live in VA so it’s definitely going to be hot! It’s like 91 here today. That’s my main concern. My hair normally doesn’t hold a curl for anything, but it held pretty well for my senior prom when I had it done. But I was also indoors for most of that time, and it was cold.
Thanks for your input! It seems like up would be the most logical way to go, I just can’t find a style that speaks to me like the half up half down I had my heart set on!
