What does your natural curl look like?  I think the curls look a little too ‘perfect’ if that makes sense—

The bangs and face framing curls look really nice, but I do think the volume around he top and back is a little big. Maybe you saw a big change over the course of the day where it settled out a little bit? That does happen some with curls.

I have naturally curly hair and the last time I had it done when I was a Bridesmaid or Best Man for a wedding, I curled it the morning of and had the stylist only touch up any curls that looked droopy.  Then she pinned up the parts that I wanted up and sprayed me down. I thought it was a good look and it held up.

I think it might be a little much.  That’s awesome you have such great hair to work with but maybe loosen the curls a little and not have them be so tight.

I think the curls are a little tight. It reminds me of a dolls which is perfect if that is what you are going for. Maybe over the course of the day it will loosen. Can you take another picture then to see what it looks like after a few hours?

Agree with @mcnetn3: — it just seems too perfect, almost pageant-like to me. Your hair is beautiful and I bet it would be stunning with a softer curl, even piled “high” like that.

You have such a BEAUTIFUL hair color! 🙂 I like the idea of your hair being half back and curled but I think a little bit of a looser curl would look very romantic and soft on your face! You could opt to not wear the tiara and it might look less “done” and you could keep the larger curl or you could loosen the curl and wear it. I think you look lovely though! And yay you wedding is coming right up!!

I like the style, but the curls are too perfect. Go with something a little more natural looking. Perhaps a bigger barrel for the curler and finger through it some? (Note: I’m a law student, not a hairstylist, so I have no idea what I’m talking about.)

I have learned through numerous hair trials that there are like a million different curling irons that make so many different kinds of curls!  Your pics seem like barrel curls and if you like that look, then go for it, but you should at least try to see what other curls would look like on you before you make your final decision!  But obviously your hair curls awesome, you should have no problem on the big day keeping a curl!

You look so pretty! The curls might be a little to tight but they may fall throughout the day? What does your dress look like?

bring some of the volume down up top and finger pick the curls, and i think it would be fine. it’s too voluminous and far too structured.

I agree that the curls are too tight (a little too pageanty)

Maybe something looser, more like this? You could still do the top have pulled up for your tiara.

You have gorgeous hair and more gorgeous hair color – I am def. jealous.

I agree with the other girls so lets help..Do you have inspiration pictures? What look are you going for?  Your hair is half up, do you like any of the below that offer softer curls? The curls are not so tight around the face opening up the look to help create a romantic statement…

What do you think?

I’m a redhead too! 🙂  You’re hair looks beautiful… if it’s anything like my hair it’ll start out with tight perfect curls and be loosened to perfection by the time the wedding rolls around that day.  Best of Luck!

I agree with the other posters about it looking like “beauty pageant hair”… something with a looser curl and less volume up top would look great.
