so, to my suprise (ie horror and shock) my hairdresser went rogue last week and gave me BANGS two months from the wedding – and not long, sideswept easy to incorporate into an updo bangs, but for real BANGS. there’s no way they’ll grow out in time.
i don’t MIND them but it is definitely not the look i was going for for my wedding. i’m really sad because i wanted to wear my long hair down and all beachy looking, but the bangs make it look less boho and instead more edgy. again, not what i’m going for. so now, I’m planning to wear my hair up but do not like the way my bangs look with my hair back.
PLEASE help me find some wedding hairstyles where the bangs are pulled back or pinned back to show my hair stylist. is it possible to do a half-up/half-down type of look with the bangs pulled back?
i need serious hair inspiration here! please help!

Are your bangs long enough to pin back? If so something like this might work.

Bangs will definitely grow in two months but long enought to be pinned back? Then maybe something like this:
Otherwise, there are lots of very pretty formal styles with bangs:
It’s a shock (and a change from your vision) but I’m sure you’ll end up looking fabulous.

bananastand: I am no stranger to bangs, so I would not suggest pinning your bangs back at this length. They tend to look pretty spiky from the back/side. I would try to work with them with a style like one of the below.
