Oh no! Did you wear a different bra or something under the dress?

Spanx can work wonders! Have you tried them or maybe some thicker shapewear?

I feel your pain, about a month before the wedding mine was the same way, I lost the lil but of pooch by running EVERY day. So here I am two weeks later and it fits so there is hope! Cardio cardio cardio!

🙁 Oh no!  You sound so tiny, too!  I’m 5’2″ and somewhere between a 0-4 on any given day, and I feel like because I’m on the smaller side, and any little change in me or my clothes is magnified tenfold.  Hopefully they can get everything fixed for you!

@AlwaysSunny:  Good call.  I second the spanx idea.

I agree that spanx can be amazing! I always wear them under any fitted dresses but I also believe that drastic times call for drastic measures and believe it or not you can change your body enough in two weeks to have your dress fit great again but its not easy and you have to be dedicated. RUN as much as you can 6 out of 7 days is ideal (a day off is good and your body will need it) and watch your food. You NEED carbs to digest and break down fat (so dont cut them out like a lot of diets suggest) but eat them before noon and eat HEALTHY carbs (whole grain bread, brown rice or whatever you chose) and stick to healthy whole unprocessed REAL food (chicken, fish, vegetables) avoid fruit if you can or again eat it before noon because there is a lot of sugar in fruit and you can burn it off throughout your day. Just a few tips that I know work and you can stay healthy at the same time and this is not a yo-yo type diet this is just healthy eating which we should do anyways. Good Luck

My suggestion is to try and cut out a good amount of salt intake, don’t use extra salt on foods, make sure sodium % is less than 10 on anything that has a nutri value.

Also drink lots of water and no carbonated drinks, you’d be surprised at how bloated we are and don’t realize it!

Good luck girl!

Yup and if you must melt something off, safely follow a modified paleo diet.  Proteins, veggies – regular and root but keep the starched roots low, with a non paleo addition of brown rice.  For flavor, use stuff like siracha and squeezes of lime or lemon. Yes, the next two weeks is going to be really boring but you will totally fit in your dress!!

@hoogirl05:  I have gained up to 4 lbs of water weight during that time of the month! Also, I become slightly constipated (lol) just a week before I get it…

I hope everything works out for you! I’m sure it will!

@hoogirl05:  Yay!!! I would def go back a week after before they alter..I know it’s two weeks away but it would be better than them taking it out and then having to take it back in!
