Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash and Oil-Free Moisturizer. I love that it’s gentle. It usually will clear up my breakouts within a week so I’m sure you’ll be good if you use it up until your wedding to clear up the breakouts and keep them from coming back.

Clinique Anti-Blemish solutions clinical clearing gel – I find it is really good and usually makes my spots much less prominent within a few days.

citizenerased14 :  In this particular instance I think a visit to a dermatologist is the best option. What works for others might not work for you, and it would be terrible if you decided on a course of action that made it worse!

If you have extra sensitive skin you really shouldnt be asking online given its a huge moment that will be photographed, but I get the kind of desperation that makes you ask so here goes: toothpaste. Try it where its not too prominent just in case. Also, dont do a big facial too close to the date, the scrub never worked for me, plus some types of skin just break out during a stressful time and that just made things worse.

I wouldn’t try anything new this close-  you need to give your skin a 6 week adjustment period  (with the exception of an allergic reaction) to get used to a product.  Sometimes acne gets worse before it gets better as your skin purges, and you may have several weeks of redness or flaking before you see results.  I wouldn’t risk it.  What are you currently using?  I would focus more on making sure you are washing your face properly every evening- no sleeping with makeup on! And don’t wear makeup on days you absolutely don’t have to.  Focus on clean, hydrated, and sun protected skin. I would also cut dairy (big cause of inflammatory and hormonal acne) and make sure you are staying hydrated.

OMG, I had this too. I was literally FREAKING OUT as a result. I took a LEAP OF FAITH and started applying aloe-vera gel directly from the plant (I happened to have a plant.) It took 4-5 days but it disappeared COMPLETELY and left my skin clear.

I also was properly washing, toning, cleansing my face twice daily with the appropriate skin care products but then again I was doing that ANYWAY before the breakouts too. I just added the aloe vera gel overnight. Smells weird, looks even weirder but it worked.

Hi! I upply Apple Cider Vinegar on a cotton round pad to my blemishes – it is a miracle for my skin! However, if you have very sensitive skin you probaly need to dilute the vinegar down with a lot of water. If your wedding is super-close, see if you can get in with a dermatologist or someone from a medspa.

Micellar water is my go-to to treat breakouts 🙂 Acne clears up in a couple days.

I’m not sure I would try out new things on your face this close to your wedding. My face seems similar to yours when it comes to breakouts. A few months ago I had more than normal breakouts and tried some new stuff on my face and it made it SO MUCH WORSE. So I switched back to my usual routine and it went back to normal, which isn’t perfect of course.

AND THEN I experienced more than usual breakouts 2 weeks before my wedding (May 24) and I just started chugging water—that’s right. Just start drinking TONS more water. I generally drink a bottle or two of water a day, but for those two weeks leading up to the wedding I would try to drink 5 bottles or more a day. It helped immensely and my face was [shockingly] perfectly clear on wedding day. Now that I’m back to my normal routine I noticed my smaller breakouts have come back, lol.
