Wedding is in three weeks (ahhhh!) and I am trying to be as healthy as I can so I look as good as I can for the big day. I would like to lose maybe an additional five pounds. Anyone have any advice to get rid of the bloat, water weight and extra lbs before the wedding? I have already cut out alcohol, caffeine and fried foods. Any other suggestions?

If you can do it, i’ve found cutting dairy and gluten is AMAZING for belly bloat 🙂

Cut down on sodium, up your water intake, cut out alcohol and white foods (bread, pasta, sugar, etc).
Eat lots of green leafy veggies.
The key components are lots of water and low sodium intake.

Drink lots of water and try to avoid foods with high sodium! I would also try to avoid very stachy/high-carb foods and stick to more protein-rich ones. Water with lemon is supposed to be a diuretic, and bananas are supposed to reduce day-of bloated feelings…also, cardio, cardio, cardio! Good luck, I’m sure you’ll look beautiful 🙂

hot water with lemon the day before, and have a banana with something fibre rich the morning off. Eating fibre rich food the week before will help. But like other bees said, cut out sodium and lots of water!!!
