shawnarae722 :  Are you having a website? If so, I would put that information there. If not, I would include another insert. It will be helpful for your guests to know which activities you have planned, and plan to pay for, so they do not duplicate your efforts.

We are having a Destination Wedding as well and hosting a few events during the week of the wedding.  We have put all that information on our website (which let us add RSVPs for each event for easy tracking).  We will also be providing additional information in a welcome bag for each guest.

I would add the itinerary card because your guests aren’t using your website.  (I would put the info on the website too though!)

I would add another card to the invitation. How will you know whose coming to what? Are you going to have RSVPs on the website? Or do #s (for dinner/brunch) not need to be exact? 

I would call the card “Other Events” ir just list everything (without a header). Welcome Dinner XX Thursday night, Excursion to XX on Friday, Goodbye Brunch Sunday. For more information please visit our website at xx. Depending on your budget, you could do seperate cards for everything as well.
