Hmm…instead of using the small cards provided by the store (i.e. Bed Bath & Beyond and Macy’s), we decided to creat a “Wedding Details” insert that listed our registries, accomodations and website info; it was designed with the same monogram as the rest of the invitation suite to provide a cohesive appearance

I got that same sheet from Bed Bath & Beyond but didn’t want to insert it into my invites. A lot of people will ask you where you’re registered if they want to get something off your list, or they’ll get something for you they know you’ll like.

Insert a map, on it put details like your website. On the website, put where you are registered. Don’t include registry info in your invitation

I wouldn’t use the insert just put your wedding website info in your invite.

For our wedding I just made a little card in the same design as the invitations that listed where our gift lists were.  We did some serious thinking about this as I didn’t want people to think they were ‘expected’ to buy a gift but other brides told me that they didn’t put the gift list in and they were constantly contacted about what gifts they wanted.

I hope this helps!
