Okay bees–I’m in a little bit of a pickle. I don’t know how to streamline my process or what website allows me to do so the best. I originally wanted to extend electronic invitations to guests but my parents are against that and want to go for traditional invitations, which I was fine with conceding to. I have a graphic designer friend designing them for me and will DIY assemble type of thing. Now my question is which website helped you build your wedding website where you had your RSVP and streamlined guest lists and menu choice options?
I would love any input into this! Thanks 🙂

We are using Project Wedding and they allow you to RSVP and select meal choices. It then puts it into a handy dandy spreadsheet that I can import into Excel. I enclosed a screen shot of what the RSVP page looks like. I should note where it says Meal we inputted something different due to the needs of our wedding, but it does allow you to chose among options of your choice.
Also, since you seem to be a tech savvy bride, I found this really cool idea in the New York Times where a bride placed a QR code on the RSVP so it allowed their guests to scan it with their phone and go right to the site. It also allowed them to get directions directly to their venue. I want to do this, sans the letterpress 🙂

@Mrs.Darling: That is so cool! I love it and it would make things so much easier for my parent’s friends that are attending. Thanks 🙂

I started with the knot but switched to Wedding Channel which is realated to the Knot. I like the website and the format a lot better. Also got a fun free web address for our site! Look into Wedding Channel
