@goldendutchess:  Are you getting married in August or October because you said 3 months?

Either way we need to get this invitation ball rolling. Are you DIY? You dont necessarily need to get all of those colors on an invitation in order for them to match your theme though, what is the most dominant colors of the wedding?

Go to invitationsbydawn.com they let you personalize the colors of your invitations i know that, not sure about the other companies. I would hope that most of the companies did but I know they do for sure.

Good luck!

Deep breath! You actually have a little over 4 months until your wedding (if you date on here is correct). Plenty of time!

Mine look something like the picture below. What if you used peach envelopes, cream paper, pomegranate detailing on the invites themselves or headings, and a grey ribbon?

@kybride2012:  those are lovely.

@goldendutchess:  you can do something like kybride2012 has but with a pomegranate ribbon.  peach jacket, cream coloured invite, dark grey ink, pomegranate ribbon.

@goldendutchess:  i love a splash of colour and it was hard to find the colour i liked in an invite that i liked.  i found a black and white diy kit and added the colour that i needed with ribbon.  you can get almost any colour of ribbon possible so if you want to incorporate all of those colours keep that in mind.  or instead of ribbon, add a belly band.  i like to keep things all colour matched.

Here’s what mine ended up looking like. Sorry I don’t have any pictures of the inside yet. These are the pretty ones that get sent to the parents and grandparents. The lace ended up being too time consuming.

@kybride2012:  That’s awesome! I am totally going to give it a try and see what I can come up with!
