Go to your doctor and discuss how you’re feeling.  I went on a daily anti-anxiety drug three months before my wedding and I was a DIFFERENT PERSON.  I was so much more relaxed and happy.  My doctor said she has had to put tons of patients on something leading up to their wedding to help with the stress.  Following my wedding I went back of the medication and I haven’t had any problems since.  If you are this stressed it’s really worth doing something about it instead of just trying to power through.

I’m at about 2 months away and I’m feeling a bit more anxious and emotional than usual. All the little details are the things that are left and I’m not really a little details person. I think a lot of people feel this way in the few months leading up to the wedding. Do something for you, maybe get a massage, meet a friend for shopping or lunch or something.

Can you get someone to help you with the rest of the planning?  It’ll give you more time to work out or focus on your degree.  Usually stress piles up because you have more things to do than you have time for.  If you were in my area, I’d offer to help. 🙂

@triplemtobe: If you don’t have a ton of time or the gym, try Jillian Michael’s DVDs. I’ve been doing them and they’re amazing for toning your body and helping you drop some pounds. AND you don’t have to leave the house!
