nelliemade :  There’s lots of pics online. No one is going to see your shoes if you wear a long dress.

I live for Keds. I have about 20 pairs haha, including a pair I ordered for my reception.  I don’t have them yet, but they’re Keds for Kate Spade sparkly gold ones with pink laces!

I maybe would have worn these if I didn’t need the height of heels!

I wore the cream colored ones. My dress was ivory with some silver metallic pieces. They ran big for me though, I normally wear an 8.5 in keds so that’s what I bought and they were big.

nelliemade :  it might be because the keds I already owned were purchased at least 5-7 years ago so maybe sizing changed? Or the Kate spades sizes run differently? I would’ve been fine going down half a size. They were super comfy though but I doubt I’ll ever wear them again.

nelliemade :  checkout http://www.ardene.com they have lots of affordable shoes like that in cute colors and prints. Sometimes they even have them with glitter, it depends on what’s trending.

I purchased a pair in light blue for my wedding, but when they came in I did not like the light blue ones. They were not glittery and shiny, they were very dull. I was really disappointed because I wanted blue shoes. I ended up ordering a pair of custom glittered flates on Etsy instead. If the light blue were sparkly like the other colors I soooo would have loved to wear them!

nelliemade :  I didn’t notice any difference between my regular keds and my wedding keds but I always wear shoe liners.

Does anyone know where you can order this online in Canada? You can’t order directly from the Kate Spade site and I don’t have any stores near me. frown

katmaekat :  Thank you! Can I also ask how the fit was? Some reviews say these run very big.
