(Closed) Wedding Make up Trial for Engagement Photo Shoot?

So would your makeup and hairstyle be exactly the same in the engagement photos as it will be on your wedding day? Personally I imagine engagement photos to be a lot more relaxed, hair down natural makeup (kind of your best everyday self), etc. As much as I would want to look like myself on my wedding day, it would be more of a done-up me, and I would want to look a little more ‘everyday’ in engagement pics.

@beetobee255:  It could be great, or it could be bad.  I would want to make sure there was enough time in between the trial and the photos to be able to wash and re-do it myself if it didn’t turn out well.  Not everyone loves their trials.  If you like it and the MUA has done it well, it should be more than able to last through the photos.

@beetobee255:   I like the idea of getting some good use out of that trial.  That said, I agree with PP that I wouldn’t want the exact same hair and makeup look as on my wedding day.  

Could you do the trail and then tone down the look, have her put your hair down and switch to a more natural lip? I don’t think it would take much to make the looks different enough.
