@mkewed2010: It sounds to me like they didn’t do anything to you at all! and I bet you paid good money for that too.  Primer is a must for a good base and lasting finish and liner is necessary to make your eyes pop (I’m sure you know all this).  If I were you I would go somewhere else ASAP!  What a shame.

Something is wrong with that! The whole purpose of having a trial is for them to pick the right foundation choice. I would first contact them and see if you can get your money back-it was an incomplete trial. If not, you have to decide if you are willing to go back to them to see if they rectify the problem. If you don’t feel comfortable with them, go find someone else.

I would also write a review about them and warn other brides that they don’t use foundation!

I’m doing my own makeup, but went to a MAC counter to buy the products and have him show me how to do it. He put on primer, foundation, powder, blush, toner, and hlghlighter! He also used a special primer for my eyes, along with shadows, liners, and mascara. He said that the primers are absolutely necessary to make the makeup stay and look fresh all day.

From my understanding, a trial should be exactly what they would do on the wedding day, so you can see if you like it or not. So I dont see why they wouldnt put foundation and liner unless you plan not to wear foundation on your big day!

I did my own makeup with make up and tips that I got from the sephora store, I highly recommend Make Up Forever HD foundation. It is awesome!!!
