I’m currently trying to put together my mass booklet but not sure what exactly I am supposed to include. I have a sample one from my priest but it seems too detailed. Does anyone have a link to a template they used, or any advice?
Thanks ladies! 🙂

What to include/not include depends partly on who your guests will be:
If most of your guests are Catholic and are regular churchgoers, then you can keep the booklets pretty simple because they will know all of the responses, etc.
If you have a lot of non-Catholic guests, or even guests who are Catholic but don’t attend regularly, a pretty detailed book is actually a very good idea. The new Mass translation went into effect this past fall, and there have been slight wording changes to a lot of the responses. That will trip people up if they haven’t been to church in a long time and are likely to lapse into using the old wording. Having the updated responses in your program is a way of being considerate to your guests and saving them from the embarassment of tripping up the responses – or not knowing them at all, in the case of non-Catholics.

I have my booklet in a Word doc. PM me if you want the template.
