That slit may be a little much for a wedding in the backyard then a reception in a resturant. Actually, to me it doesn’t look like a wedding dress at all, way more red carpet. And honestly, with a slit to no-mans land I would raise an eyebrow at a wedding, but if you are comfortable in it then it is your wedding.

OOHH Very sexy I’m loving the style and I think it could be for a wedding. Wear whatever is going to make you feel the most comfortable and amazing on your big day!

I think the dress is beautiful by itself, but, I do agree with another response that the slit is a possibly too much. If the slit was not so high or was not there at all I would have said 100% appropriate.

eh, too much for a backyard ceremony esp if it’s not a nighttime wedding.  but it’s your wedding!

Sorry it’s not suitable for a wedding but I do agree it is gorgeous!

I would say this looks more like a reception dress to me.  Could you wear something traditional for the ceremony and then slip into this for the reception?  I agree its stunning though, just maybe not appropriate for the ceremony.

Its beautiful – but as is, its too much for a backyard wedding. I wonder if an ivory chiffon slip would work to soften the look?

I think its too sexy, and too overdone for a backyard wedding.

I love it!! But not as a wedding dress whether your lookin for a traditional or untraditional look. the detailing is gorgoues, the dress is lovely!!! but its something Id see a guest attending with rather then a bride.
