I am trying to plan the meal for my wedding. We are having our wedding at the lake and there is a hall with a kitchen and bbqs. I want to do bbq chicken legs and thighs attatched but am thinking of offering a second meat choice. What should I do? Also for other dishes.. mashed potatoes definatley, ceaser salad, greek salad. .. what else?
