I did a nude “ish” colour, for my skintone.

First time I’d ever had my nails professionally done, went with plain french tips for my hands and my toe nails were a sparkling something blue.

I wanted the focus to be the ring, not the nails.

I kept it simple and got pale purple on my fingernails to go with my theme.

I would so a french ombre like stevielee :  posted.  So pretty and classic, but not your 90s french.

I have a winter wedding, and I am wearing red shoes and red lips, and I have a red bouquet with a traditional ballgown dress! So MATTE red nails are on my radar, but it might just be a bit too much red…. not sure yet!

rendezvous89 :  I’m getting mine done like this!

I personally am not a fan of french tips, they look outdated to me, but whatever floats your boat!  I may ask for rose gold designs or an accent nail for fun.

This is what I did with mine, sorry if the photo is massive or poor quality, it turns out I have only taken this picture and that’s it!

snowflake8 :  Or, conversely, it would be even better advice to say Do what you love, do what makes you happy. Simple is lovely, but if big sparkly is your thing, go for it! There’s no right or wrong in this 🙂
