wow. i’d be MORTIFIED if my parents did this and showed me pictures. are these people crazy? posting them on facebook? come on…

that being said, they’re pretty awesome pictures. but seriously what would you do with those? i’d feel SO awkward. i really don’t think you need your wedding photographer to intrude into your bedroom… especially on your wedding night. aye.

Oh man, I met with one photographer who said part of her standard package included following the couple to their hotel after the wedding and getting pictures of them there! She said this like I should be thrilled! I was like uhhhhh what? Needless to say, we did not choose her. The pictures linked are pretty awesome looking pictures, but yeah…awkward to get.

Yeah this is way too far imo. To each their own, but a wedding night is to be shared between husband and wife, not between hubby, wife, and the rest of the world. It’s a very intimate time and should be treated as such; not publicized.

I think that is one of those moments in life that your memories should serve as enough….lol.

Another point to prove that our society is obsessive over taking pictures!

@Choosgirl:  well, yeah. but you know some people would turn it into a photographed bang sesh. but even implying that there will be banging is tmi for the public.

i just can’t believe how into themselves people are today. its no longer just wedding photos. it’s engagement, wedding, wedding night, day after, boudoir, trash the dress, pregnancy photography, BIRTH photography, and capturing every single moment of a child’s life.

of course i’ve succumbed to some of this (engagement photos), how can you not? but this is getting crazy.

Ew, no one wants to see your softcore porn.

But LOL at the last pic of her gazing at the ceiling in her post-orgasmic haze with her head on his crotch!!

Good. Lord.

Does EVERYTHING have to be photographed and shared now???

There’s a great chapter in Rob Bell’s SexGod about how the first way to jeopardize a marriage is to lose all your privacy by sharing everything. This is exactly that.

No no no… this reminds me of back in the day when royalty would get married and people had to stand in the room to watch them consummate the marriage. Will the next trend be inviting your videographer to tape the night of? Hahaha
