April is fast approaching and the more the wedding is on my mind, the more frequently I am having nightmares about the big day!!
It always starts the same – It’s the day of the wedding and suddenly I realize I didn’t finish something on the to-do list. It’s a different thing every time! Sometimes it’s the dress, or the rings, or we never figured out our music. Thankfully I don’t let it stress me out too much b.c I always wake up and realize I still have plently of time.
Have you been having any interesting dreams about the wedding? How do you deal with the nightmares??

I know I’ve been definitely having stress dreams lately. I’m in this strange lull in planning–we know who we’re going with for photog., for example, but haven’t booked them yet, ditto with DJ and I don’t want to look into florists yet because we haven’t even signed the other two contracts we’re supposed to.. Most of my dreams revolve around money and contracts…I wonder why….
I just brush them off. There’s really nothing else I can do.

I had a dream where I woke up and it was the wedding day, and I was just as prepared as i am in real life right now (meaning i hadn’t booked a hair stylist, makeup artist, cake baker, bartender, DJ, and forgot to finish hiring the officiant! I also hadn’t finished my bouquets and was attempting to have my brother finish them, lol of all people) Talk about panic! I woke up sweating lol. When I told a co-worker she said “at least you know how to curl your hair!” (I had done “sock curls” that night) but i was like “WELL IN THE DREAM I DIDN’T SLEEP IN SOCKS BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW!” hahaha i need to chill out

I had a dream that the day of the wedding we changed the venue to my dream venue (which was some figment of my imagination) that was half the price that it used to be and was now in our price range. So we moved the whole thing but when we got there there was another wedding going so we had to wait. then when it finished we rushed through our ceremony because we were starving and when we got the food it was covered in ants. The venue told us we couldn’t have our money back because they did serve us food. And then I was crying saying we should have gone with ….. venue (which isn’t the venue we chose). It was crazy.

@MrsNerdy: That’s exactly what happens in all my dreams! It’s the day of, and all the things I havn’t done yet, still aren’t done! And I’m always freaking out saying to myelf “I thought I had plenty of time to do (whatever the task was) what happened??”

No nightmares on my end but poor old future hubby has had a dress dream. I guess he’s more nervous than I am right now about finding the dress. I’m more nervous about other things that need to get done, oddly enough.
