In one I arrived at the church, got to the door, and the aisle was sooooo long and narrow.
In another I had been mucking around so when it was time to leave for the church I hadn’t done my hair or makeup (not even brushed hair), my dress was BRIGHT pink and too short, and I was wearing my jeans underneath. We got to a venue that wasn’t ours, and my dad was already up the front. I didn’t know what to do, was just so confused. So weird.

I had a dream that our photographer emailed us to tell us that he wasn’t going to photograph weddings anymore and was just going to focus on commercial work. In my dream, I went through the list of all the other photographers we liked and organised a stand in. It was a very stressful and sad dream as I adore our photographer!

I had so many of these sorts of dreams just after our engagement. Usually, I would realise I didnt have anyone to do my hair and makeup, and I didnt have a dress. Id be trying to sort those things out, and remember I hadnt booked a photographer. Then I might wonder why I was at a church, getting ready in what looked like a dusty old room used to store crap the church wasnt using (extra seating stacked against the walls, boxes of christmas decorations etc), then “remember” thats our wedding venue (its really not, my fiance is not at all religous and probably cant get married in a church since ours will be his second marriage) and discover the whole church looks like its a storage room and the next thing im frantically running around trying to clean, and make it look like a suitable wedding venue. And then I wake up and try to think of anything I can get sorted immediately. The more organised I get, the less frequently I have the dreams.
