Have you had/do you have to have some pre-wedding meetings/counseling sessions? You could always call her or email her and again express your condolences and mention that you’re flexible with scheduling those meetings. That could be a nice way to mention it but in a no-pressure way.

I’m sure she understands that you guys are getting near to the big day, and just expressing your condolences again and making sure that you show that you respect her grief and the time she needs will most likely make her feel thought of rather than pressured.
