I’m sorry to hear that.  I had a great experience with them especially working on my enclosure cards.  Also I had placed two separate orders and they combined them to ship since they were ending up completed around the same timeframe and refunded my shipping costs without me even asking.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with them.  I’m with Mr. Bee?  Did they say that it would be valid this week?  If not, I’m not entirely sure they suck.  It was a sale. . . if you go to Target one week and find a product on sale, there’s not garunteee that it will still be going on during the next week.  I’m not trying to sound harsh, but it was a sale. . . sales end.

I don’t think that they did anything wrong at all.  If you did not make any prior arrangement with them, then there’s nothing that you can do.  I guess if anything, you can take this as a learning experience.  Communication is key.

I had a lovely experience with weddingpaperdivas.  I thought the quality of their product and the assistance they provided for the wording made my invitations really shine.  (and for a budget!)

I’m sorry the sale was not still active when you were ready to buy, i’m sure that was a disappointment to you.  But I don’t think this one instance is a reason for brides to stay away- maybe just for brides to read the fine print.

ive heard alot of good things about paper divas on this site.

personally i put little substance in any poster that joins a forum and posts just once and its negative… makes me wonder how many other sites they joined that day to have a whine.

goodluck with your wedding!

Its unfortunate that you had a bad experience with them! "They didn’t help out a future bride…" well, they’ve helped out countless brides who use Weddingbee.

I agree with eloping- the one thing most of us love about this website is that it isn’t usually used for trashing! I’m sorry if my above post is a little bit rude… The hive is almost always positive & there’s loads of encouragement from other bee’s.

As for WPD, I actually think they are the best website out there for invites. I’ve ordered a few items in the past & I was extremely happy with the service I was provided with.

I’m with the others. I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but I don’t think that is necessarily a strike against them. I think it’s a good lesson to learn, to learn communication with vendors is important.  My Future Sister-In-Law ordered wedding invitations from them and had nothing but good things to say about their services, so I would say that this review needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

Hey guys – I just want to chime and say, it’s ok to share negative experiences!  I can’t vouch for WPD either way – maybe they promised her one thing, and then didn’t deliver!

In any case, I hope that our OP can clarify what WPD said… and either way, I wanted to offer a warm welcome to the Weddingbee community! 🙂

I had an awesome experience with Wedding Paper Divas in April with a large invitation and enclosure order. They were super customer oriented and easy to work with. It bothers me when language such as "do not shop at…" and "s*cks" is used in a post by someone who does not understand the meaning of a sale deadline (which was clearly posted on the WPD site over the weekend. I took advantage of that sale before prices expired at midnight on Monday). I hate to see a quality business painted unfairly and inaccurately.

Used Wedding Paper Divas for my STD and invites and was nothing but extremely pleased. For my STD’s I got one that had a wierd printing mark on it and one that was someone elses STD.  I called (on a Sunday) and they overnighted additional ones (I got them Monday…how does that work???)  So, I happily recommend them 🙂

@Mrs. Kim, I am glad you have shared your opinion (even if it was negative) about WPD and sorry that you didn’t have a great experience.

BUT like the other gals have said, I had no issues with my service and quality that WPD had provided for me. They are actually on the top of my list for vendors because of how pleased I am with their work.  I didn’t really deal with the customer service but my Boyfriend or Best Friend did and was extremely pleased with their help and the outcome of her products.

We all just have to learn that not everyone has a great experience and it is OK to hear them out whether we agree or not. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t thrilled at all to see the title of the post but she has a right… Thanks for your comments Mr. Bee.

My friend just used them for a bridal shower we are hosting together. They turned out great and the website was very easy to use.  My cousin is in the process of doing her wedding invitations and has been happy with them.

Sorry you got frustrated but maybe you should give them another chance.  It was a sale and being that I own my own business I know what it is like to quote something and not get the order for several days. In that time things change such as the price of gas which means I must charge more for the shipping costs or my costs on materials goes up, etc.

 Good luck planning.

I also had a great experience with WPD. I ordered Save-The-Date Cards from them. They even contacted me to verify the wording was correct for listing my husband’s name (he is a junior; they wanted to put a comma before "junior," which I had forgotten and is indeed correct).

If you miss the sale, you miss the sale.

That is terrible. I agree and to any future brides, do NOT use weddingpaperdivas.com if you want a reiable vendor. I had a absolutely terrible experience when I placed my order for my thank you cards for my bridal shower. I placed my order 2 weeks ago, sent the proof in on time and twice and my order is still pending. I received a call 2 weeks later from a lady named Nancy. She spoke so fast into the answering machine I could barely understand what she was saying. I called and found that my proof did not go through a second time even though the confirmation page came up stating that my order was being sent to the printer! When I ordered my thank you cards it said I would have them in 5 – 7 days. Here I am 15 days later with no thank you cards to send out to to my friends and family for throwing me a wonderful bridal shower. It is ashame that they think I do not appreciate their gifts because they have not received their thank you cards yet because they are held up with wedding paper divas. I just spoke to a lady that was able to help me through to hopefully get them shipped out by the end of the week. Apparently this lady named Nancy did not take care of my order and I am very dissatisfied with the lack of attention to detail and customer service. I am very angry that as a customer I was not taken care of for a product that I am paying a lot of money for and it is so simple, just a card that says thank you on it. I am very disappointed in your logistical processes and not hiring adequate staff to push orders through. As a dissatisfied customer I have already wrote bad reviews about my experience with this company. On top of this huge inconvenience I still have to pay for shipping, and not even a discount on my order. So, even though I still have not received my thank you cards, THANK YOU wedding paper divas for stressing me out before my wedding. I have worn other brides-to-be of my bad experience. It’s ashame that I couldn’t properly thank my family and friends for the gifts they gave me for my bridal shower because my order is being held up by an imcompetent employee, Nancy.
