Ok, so I have a ring bearer and a flower girl already. The flower girl’s parents are also in the wedding. The thing is they also have 2 boys (they are autistic so they are VERY shy and don’t like being in front of crowds). How can I incorporate them without them having to speak or really talk to people. If they get overwhelmed it could lead to a meltdown. I just don’t know how to incorporate them. They keep asking me what they can do but I have no idea.

@MrsGorsuch2013: You don`t have to invent a role for the boys. They can attend as guests if you want and sit with someone else during the ceremony.

Could they be in charge of something needed during the ceremony? hold the matches and help light the candle? Bring the officiant their book or bible? Can they be in charge of opening the doors as you come in? Help set up or move microphones? Can they do something special at the end e.g throw rose petals as you come out?

Thank you both for replying. I’ll probably do some googling. I just don’t want them to feel left out since their sister and mom and dad are all involved.
