What are you all doing for transporting the wedding party and/or family to the site for photos?
We are having our photos before the ceremony and I am trying to figure out transportation. We are getting photos at 2 or 3 different sites at a very large park (need to drive between them). I am trying to figure out the most efficient/cheapest way to transport me + bridal party (15 minutes away from the park) to the park, the groomsmen and the groom (20 minutes away from the park), then moving to the different spots in the park together, and the finally dropped off at the ceremony spot (less than 5 minutes from where we are getting photos taken). I have looked into renting a bus or limo but the cheapest I found was $800 for a minimum of 5 hours. I only need 2-3 hours and that amount is not in my budget. Ceremony and reception are in the same place.
Is it fine if we just take multiple cars or will that be really inefficient for the photographer? I also think it would be less stress for me and the bridal party if we had someone else drive. We will have 16 people total to transport for photos.
