If anyone is looking for a wedding photographer I encourage you to contact Clay Jackson. He photographed my sister’s wedding this past weekend in Lexington and did a fabulous job. He was so professional and easy to work with, it was truly a pleasure. I wish I had known about him for my wedding two years ago.

That’s my photographer. I contacted him less than 24 hours after we got engaged! I love his photography.

What area were these weddings in?
I’m looking at the link now – thanks – and will probably contact him to see where he will work.

We thought we had our photographer chosen, but lately they have been taking a week or more to return an email. It makes me wonder whether we should mail our deposit.
A new photographer I am checking out… BB&Co. from Louisville. They are a husband & wife team and have been very easy to communicate with so far. Prices seem fair ($1,100 for 5 hours, two photographers, and a disc with all our pictures). Anybody heard of them?

Mary-Alice-Me — I think he is pretty willing to travel. My wedding is in the Frankfort, KY area, so not too far from him. He’s been super-responsive, so far, with emails and such.

I’m using 502 Photography (photographer’s name is Coury Deeb), based in Louisville. Very reasonable rates, no time limit, disc of images included, and a slideshow during the reception of same-day edited shots.

Our photographer is a friend of the family. AND I work for her mother. She’s an elementary teacher, but love photograpy.
When I was six, I was the flower girl in her wedding. So I’m going to ask her if she wants to do my pictures. She does a REAL good job.
