We’re still working on small claims- the processes are very unclear in internet resources. My husband and I will have to take off work to investigate what needs to be done, and right now we’re not able to do that. I did take the advice of another bee on here and filed a complaint with our local attorney general. We received a letter and a phone call that there’s been a representative assigned to our case.

I just wanted to offer my support as well. What a horrible thing to go through. It has always frustrated me how almost all vendors here and on wedding wire have perfect scores. I think wedding planning would be so much easier if information was right out in the open!
I have a question though. Does anyone confirm the good revies or just the bad ones?

I’ve wondered the same thing- it’d be a great thing for the moderator to check out. When I did my review, I rated Jonathon Campbell honestly. Ex: in quality of product I gave him a reasonable score, because there’s nothing wrong with his photography. In my opinion- it would be malicious to go in and rate someone all 1 stars because of a bad experience. I rated him honestly in the areas that were effected by our incident- it definitely lends credibility.
