My fiancé and I are getting married in Woodinville in Sept 2011! I know we are a little early, but I am a little anal- so, we are trying to book a photographer soon. Does anyone have a recommendation or suggestion for a great- but affordable- wedding photographer?

What does affordable mean on your budget?
Also, try snapknot.com! You can search photogs based on price and location!

Kelli Lynn Photography…she is doing our wedding in June of 2011 🙂 She travels to, and shoots weddings in Seattle regularly but is based in Eastern Washington. Good Luck 😀

“Affordable”- what is really affordable when planning a wedding? We have budgeted $3000 for the photography but if it comes cheaper, all the better!
I’ll be checking out those sites right now 🙂

Lyndsey54: There have people a couple of posts here about Seattle photographers. I’d recommend checking them out! Here, and here. I posted links to most of the photographers that we checked out in one of those posts.
This and this are sites that I found useful for researching photographers.

Here is the photographer we are using:
We already had our engagement photos done; included with our package. They are a husband and wife team and they are awesome. And very affordable.
I will pm you with my name, so if you contact them, you can let them know I referred you. Maybe you can get a better deal that way, if you choose to go with them.

My photographer is AMAZING but is probably more than you are looking to spend (however,I still think she is worth checking out!)
This other gal shot my friend’s wedding back in May and I also love her work- I have no idea what she charges but my friends were pretty good budgeters so she might be more in your price range.

I am using La Luz Photography. My friend and sister both used her and I LOVED the pictures so much that I had to use her too! She is really easy to work with and her pictures are beautiful! Check her out here…http://www.laluzphotography.com/
She has several packages, some definitely under your budget!

I love my Seattle-based photog – Jamie Hammond (www.jamiehammondphotography.com). She’s originally from SoCal but recently moved north. Again, define “affordable”… We are spending more on her than planned but I’m big into pictures & I know these will be worth it. Good luck!

Amy Walton Photography is amazing! And within your budget. The package also includes an engagement session. She was my first vendor decision!

I highly reccomend Daniel Sheehan of abeautifuldayphotography.com I love his work and he cut us a deal (our budget was $2000, which is less than his usual base package price)
