Hate it, you don't want the bridal party to end up covered in woodchips/ it's too juvenille : (4 votes)

I’m not crazy about it. I would rather use an empty space such as a parking lot rather than a playground. It really depends on the photographers skills though, he might be able to make the pictures look very editorial

ok, so i think they can be fun! A bit youthful, and very original. Personally, I would not do it.. because Fi and I have some strange history in children’s playgrounds lol (dont ask :-p) but it seems like a great idea. Who knows.. maybe it will be the new ‘it’ thing!

I like the idea, but maybe think of some other stuff as well. I’ve seen brides rent a couch and loveseat to put in a field and have the bridal party pose around that. Most of the time that look seems to be a bit vintage so if that’s not your style you could always go to a nearby park with a pond, or give everyone a prop (ex. parasols, sunglasses, etc.)

I’ve seen it done really poorly, but I’ve seen it done pretty well, too.  I think it depends on the photographer and the playground itself.  It also depends on how fun your bridal party is!

I’ve seen some REALLY cute pictures on swings.  Definitely use the swings. lol

We have a beautiful front lawn and side courtyard at my church, but I have been planning to sneak away to the playground for some pics all along! I think this is a wonderful idea 🙂

I think you could take a few fun/cute pics on swings or a slide or something, but other than that don’t do too many in the playground.

If you have a good photographer he can just use a cool background of bricks or even just the curb of a street to make some neat photos.
