Google calendar is a good online option if you’d consider an electronic-based (and free) option.

The Mindy Weiss Wedding planning binder has been my life! I checked out most of the popular ones before deciding on this one (the Knot, Marth Stewart) this one won hands down and it’s kept me on track and gave me every single question for my vendors I could ever have thought of!

I ended up printing my own worksheets off [there are tons of free templates out there] and I put everything in page protectors in a large zip up pink binder. I liked it this way because every month I could print out a new budget and didn’t have to worry about if something needed to be changed. It was in my car everyday just incase I stopped somewhere and needed to buy something.

I also bought this cheaper one from oriental trading but it was just that, cheap. Didn’t hold a ton of info.

I just got this one at B&N. It was 25 dollars and it was the one I liked most. Congrats on the engagement. Mine just happened yesterday!

MeandMyLouboutins — Does that one have pockets/folders (or something along those lines) to hold extra papers, businesscards, etc.?  I was looking at some on Amazon yesterday but I think I need to go to B&N and see them in person.  I’m doing a lot online but wanted something I could carry around with me; for when I go visit vendors and to stuff all my physical papers in.

holly.beltran.7 — That is the one I almost bought!  But I’m gonig to head to B&N this weekend to check them out in person.  Glad you like that one!  And congrats on your engagement!!

amy84lynn:  It has the folder part at the very back. There is one at b&n that has folders for each section but it made the binder to bulky for my liking. Go check them out in person because they are different from inside 🙂

I used a whole bunch that I found online so that I could kind of mix and match ideas. I kept all the timelines in one document and everything physical in a small folder.

amy84lynn:  yes ma’am! It has a bigger plastic zipper compartment and one especially for business cards…

In each section there is a small folder you can stick a small amount of papers in.. I used those for my insipiration pics.. worked beautifully

SarahDes:  I used this one. I like it a lot. I Got it 40% off at Hobby Lobby with a coupon. They sell it at Barnes & Noble and Amazon as well.

I used the Mindy Weiss planner like a PP. It was a great investment.

Thanks for the suggestions, y’all!  Even though this wasn’t my post.  Haha, sorry Sarah!

I ended up getting the Mindy Weiss.  The pink and purple ones were too big and bulky for me.  I like that the Mindy Weiss one is a bit smaller but still has a lot of info and room to fit all my crap.  Plus it’s a nice understated blue color.
