@May2013Wedding:  I kind of felt this way too.  Almost like I needed it to come sooner so I could get into panic mode andfinish everything. 

Take a break from thinking – just pour some wine, have a bubble bath, go to the spa. Something.  Give your mind a break, your body and break and you will be able to relax and get back into it.

You’re better off than me. 🙂 I didn’t have all that going on in my life and a month before the wedding I was “screw it, if it’s not done it ain’t happening”.  The only thing that happened after that was Darling Husband compiled the song list for review.  I reviewed it, we culled some out, added a few and called it done.

Definitely take time for you only if it’s a few minutes here and there!  Whatever calms you, reading, watching birds, staring at the sky, picking fuzz off the sofa lol :).  If at all possible SLEEP, sleep is great for stress, and you sound like you need it.
