So it is a month before my wedding and I have gotten alot of things completed in the previous months, but this month I am just feeling so out of whack, my brain feels like it is on neutral and I feel very disoriented. I also have a lot of other things going on in my life besides wedding planning. I am switching jobs with my company, moving into my father’s basement and my fiance is getting out of the military. I have not been getting very much rest which is pretty normal for everything going on. I think I am just overwhelmed about everything and it is finally catching up to me. I have chalked this up to stress, but have any of you been dealing with a problem similar to mine? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

@May2013Wedding: I kind of felt this way too. Almost like I needed it to come sooner so I could get into panic mode andfinish everything.
Take a break from thinking – just pour some wine, have a bubble bath, go to the spa. Something. Give your mind a break, your body and break and you will be able to relax and get back into it.

You’re better off than me. 🙂 I didn’t have all that going on in my life and a month before the wedding I was “screw it, if it’s not done it ain’t happening”. The only thing that happened after that was Darling Husband compiled the song list for review. I reviewed it, we culled some out, added a few and called it done.
Definitely take time for you only if it’s a few minutes here and there! Whatever calms you, reading, watching birds, staring at the sky, picking fuzz off the sofa lol :). If at all possible SLEEP, sleep is great for stress, and you sound like you need it.
