The knot and wedding wire have online budgeter tools that may help. I bought the knot planning binder which has helped me keep everything organized and has some great tools that are already printed so that is nice.

catmarie87:  DOC is a day-of coordinator. I would get one of those if you can afford it. It is cheaper than a full coordinator/planner but they will help you finalize things at the end.  Also, excel spreadsheets are your friend:0

A Practical Wedding is awesome– they have a planning book that you can get (I think the kindle version is under $10) that has been incredibly helpful! Plus a free website with tons of resources.
