Hey ladies! What are the songs you must have played at your wedding? What are the songs you like to hear at other weddings, songs that get the party started?! My must-have is Jenny Jenny 8675309 by Tommy Tuetone!

One of the best memories from my reception was when the DJ played Girl Just Want to Have Fun and myself, my BMs, sorority sisters and little girls at the reception got on the dance floor and danced the entire song. It was awesome so I totally recommend that one. Here’s a pic just to show how much fun 😉

@missmichigan: At our reception, we didn’t really have any sort of list. BUT, our DJ played “Family Tradition” by Hank Williams Jr, and MAN, the crowd loved it! People were singing so loud that it sounded like karaoke.

My BMs and I had a running joke at my Bachelorette party where one girl would sing “I throw my hands up in the air sometime” and the rest of us would sing “Sayin’ AAAAYOOO!! Gotta let gooo!!!” totally randomly throughout the night. It became a thing. So of course we played it at the wedding. It was SO fun. Everyone was singing and going crazy.
We also played “friends in low places” by Garth Brooks as the last song and everyone got into a big circle and were singing it at the top of their lungs.

While I am not a huge fan or supporter of Chris Brown… I have to have the dj play “Forever”…for this line
“Feels like I waited my whole life for this one night…just me and you on the dancefloor”
Tears me up just imagining that moment.
