I am starting my wedding programs and we are inviting 104 people total. We estimate 90 will come and 10 will be standing up with us. How many wedding programs do you think we should have?

@missjewels: I say 90 would probably do. Some people may not even take a program, and others could easily just share!

I’m doing one per person, but mine are also doubling as fans. Go with however many people you think will be seated

I am going to go against PPs, and say you can go with less than 90. I made 100 for my 140 person wedding, and had a ton left over. Not everyone takes a program. Also, not everyone came to my ceremony part (ugh!); I had a Catholic wedding, so some people chose not to endure my long Catholic gap. I would think 75 programs might be good for you?

@coffeegal85: Agreed… making far less than your estimated guest count is advisable, as a LOT of people don’t take a program, couples will usually share one, and as soon as the ceremony is over the programs go straight in the trash.
I invited around ~100 guests and made 50 programs. There were were still about five or so left on the table, and all couples just shared one. Was very glad I spent no more than $2.50 on the paper for them because they were used and appreciated for all of 20 minutes, then garbage.
