Thank you all for the kind words!!
@NYshoppingirl: Seattle was the perfect place for us since we met here and have many memories involving the city. I actually used to work at the space needle as a photographer, I used to love to meet people who got engaged at the top! Spokane is wonderful, you will have a magical day!
This is the last portion of my recap, I really enjoyed having the reception in the historic market, we were able to get some really fun shots. I always love going down there and feeling the buzz of the place, I was happy with our venue overall.
We were introduce with this song, we wanted a lively and fun but unique entrance tune, I think it worked!
Here we are dancing our way in:
We almost immediately got some food (yum!!)
Then while we quickly ate, our photographer took some shots of our guests who weren’t eating yet. After that we caught the sunset and took some photos in the market, here are some of those:
This next one is one of my favorites, we were so lucky to have such a beautiful day and we were enjoying some of this semi-alone time we had
We went out back behind the famous sign and took a series of photos, I love the blue that’s reflecting off the glass from a building behind the sign.
We went back inside and went from table to table greeting our guest, our photographers took this time to eat, I thought this worked out perfectly since any guests who wanted photos with us at this point just took em themselves! As our guests finished eating, the toasts started:
After three friends of ours gave their toast it was time to cut the cake!
We loved sitting at our sweetheart table, it made it easy to get up and around and also have some private time eating.
After we ate cake it was finally time to dance. We chose You are the Best Thing by Ray LaMontagne, we had it choreographed by Deron at the Century Ballroom. She was awesome, we loved our dance and did it almost perfectly.
We LOVED Bamboo beats. They listened to everything we wanted and exceeded our expectations. I barely had a chance to drink anything 1) for fear of spilling on my dress and 2) because I was on the dance floor almost the entire night. We had so much fun, I highly recommend Bamboo beats as a DJ!
Here we are breaking it down
and some friends broke it down so hard that they were soaking with sweat! (picture care of a guest)
We ended the night with You Are by Estelle featuring John Legend. It was the perfect slowish song to bring the evening to an end.

We went out to Kells in Post Alley afterwards for a couple of beers, there was a live band, it was pretty awesome. Here’s another guest’s photo of us hanging outside, though I was insanely tired by this time (I think I’m yawning here?) LOL
And that’s it! That was my wedding. It was awesome, we had a fantastic time, had lots of amazing vendors and it was all planned within 6.5 months!
