Seats 160 (we have 161 on our list), so we are likely able to have a bit more give, but i want to plan for “worst-case”!
Any feedback? It’s a bit tight but wondering HOW tight..
There are 3 ft between tables when 1.5 feet chairs are NOT tucked in, or 6 feet btwn tables w/o chairs.
19×16 feet space for bar + line

kpl7 : You should be fine,
Did you keave enough room to get between the corners of the tables at either end that seat 24 and the middle tables that seat 16?

Are you not doing a DJ or dancing? This looks a bit tight to me but it may just be because it is a dIngram instead of the real thing.

The layout looks a little tight. I am pretty claustrophobic so if i were in the middle of a table that has tables in front of and behind it I would probably feel trapped. But that is just my crazy self. My bigger concern is one bar for 160 people! Please make sure there are plenty of bartenders back there!

I think you’ll be fine, but I agree with a PP that you might want two bars or several bartenders. I talked to my venue quite a bit when I was determining my own layout, and they gave me a lot of advice and tips for making our layout work for us. Have you reached out to the coordinator at your venue to see if they have additional suggestions?

I think it looks fine. If I’m understanding correctly there will be three feet of room between tables with the chairs out (as if someone is sitting in it). If that’s the case it sounds like plenty of room to walk to your seat and to move around.
