We are considering upgrading our table linens and trying to figure out how much centerpieces typically cost. I have a rough idea of how much a centerpiece with silk flowers might cost but I’m wondering if it’s worth it to let to venue provide them. Would any of you ladies mind sharing how much chair covers, upgraded table linens and centerpieces cost? We are having approximately 125 guests and 14 tables.

Don’t know if this is relevant b/c I think it’s probably highly regional. But a venue I was looking at charges a little more than $500 for floor length (plain white) table linens. That’s for 75 people so probably about 8 tables.

We are paying about $150-250 each for our floral centerpieces, $42 each for tablecloths to rent (this is for 72″ round tables which typically seat 10), and $2.50 each for napkins. We aren’t using chair covers, but they typically run anywhere from $2.50-5.00 and up, depending on what type you want to use! The same goes for upgraded linens, they can be more or less depending on the prices in your area and the type of fabrics you want.

Okay, thanks ladies. I suppose renting the linens, chair covers and center pieces for 600 is reasonable then.
