I’m having my wedding at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club in Lemont.  It’s semi-private, so you don’t have the private golf club fees.  They have a pretty outdoor ceremony site.  They only do one wedding a day, so you wouldn’t be competing with other events.  Their pricing is GREAT and completely inclusive (tables, linens, app’s, 4 course meal, sweets table, cake, chair covers, even flowers if you want to use what they have.  It’s pretty much the best deal we found with a pretty room and good outdoor grounds for pictures.  Toby the coordinator is completely laid back and is happy to mix and match things from the packages however you want.  I go for my tasting tomorrow, but everything I’ve heard about others who have had weddings there has been positive.

Good luck in your search!!

I looked into Cantigny also but found it to be too small. But that was the Red Oak Room. On the other side of the park they have Le Jardin which holds more, or so I was told. So that may be an option for you!

I am using Eagle Brook Country Club in Geneva. I’m not a huge fan of the “country club” look but this one doesn’t fit into that categroy if you ask me. They have outdoor sites, a ballroom that holds 300, the food is delicious, and they have everything!! Plus they are really willing to work with you to get you what you want! I hope this helps!!
