We registered for an expensive espresso maker, that we really didn’t think anyone would get for us. Someone did, and now we’re left wondering where all of our counter space went. I would have been better off just sticking with the Keurig we already have.

I do wish we would have registered for a nice waffle maker. It is one of the few kitchen appliances we don’t have, that I would love to have!

we already lived together, so we were very practical in what we registered for.  We wanted new towels, new dishes, and very few kitchen applicances, which exactly what we registered for.

We already have a house and everything we could possibly need in it ….exceeeepppptttt for an espresso machine! My FI bought me the starbucks one for christmas and that POS went back to the store immediately. We werent going to have a registry but can you imagine if the only thing n the registry was an espresso machine ahahah!

@mrsmeyers84:  We registered only for things we would actually use. When we got to the point of registering for things we didnt think we would use, we stopped and went in the direction of upgrading things we already have. We did mainly kitchen items and bedding. We really didnt want anybody buying us bathroom trash cans, etc. No regrets here. This reminds me to get working on those thank you notes!
