How about a channel set wedding band? With round stones..

What is the mm size of the stones? I’d think one step down from the smaller in the same increment as the difference between big and small on your 3 stone(like if its 6mm center with 4mm side stones, maybe 2mm eternity band?)

I understand the need for bling totally!! But I can’t get over the fact that I love 3 stones with plain bands. It looks so classy. How about a plain wedding band and then a nice eternity band for the one year anniversary? Then you could wear those two to work. Plain and eternity look so nice together.

wonderbinky :  I have a much thinner channels set eternity band and I love it. And it’s not much gold at all. I think one like mine would be beautiful with your ring! My hubby got mine from Adiamor jewelry online! Here is a pic of mine.

wonderbinky :  I would get a very thin micro pave eternity, such as the Tiffany metro. They are tiny, maybe 1.5mm but diamonds are very sparkly and they’re pricey!. You could find something similar but only go w very high quality diamonds because diamonds are tiny. See my ring in my avatar. Not my ring below but this is a better view of what a Tif Metro looks like:

What about an engraved band? It’s like a not-so-plain plain band. Maybe that would make wearing just the band less boring for you?

I have a 3 stone and am having issues finding a band I like with it. I’m leaning towards the below one from James Allen. I tried on a similar one at the mall and liked it.

I wear an engraved band with my 3 stone rings.  It doesn’t look too ‘matchy’ and the engraving keeps the band looking new because you never see any of the scratches.
