As someone that has previously worked in a law firm, the lawyers would laugh at you if you even suggested trying to sue for bad customer service.

As someone that currently works in customer service, being a horrible customer does not make me want to help you out any quicker.

I understand that you want the second ring for the sentiment, but you are overreacting. You have a ring for the wedding day. That should be enough. I would definitely try to get some sort of compensation, like a discount from the store though when it does come through.

Have a glass of wine and try to remember that only having one ring will not ruin your wedding day or your marriage.

First of all, I would never sue for something like this. They didn’t rip you off in any way, They just accidently ordered the wrong ring. Now you could be upset yes but you did wait to order it and ordering early is a way to avoid this as this is a mistake, you wouldn’t of had to worry. I would be upset if I had one ring and it was being ordered but a second ring? you at least have the one and to me, the second is an afterthought. But I guess I can see your point as even though to some its just a ring, I would want the ring there to be blessed with the vows of marriage, but I wouldn’t sue a store over this.
