After two and a half years of being married I am now able to wear my new wedding band and resized engagement ring.
I’d only worn my original wedding band for 2 months before my finger started going blue cos the jeweller said they couldn’t resize it!
Well I went to a new jeweller with a new engagement ring in mind and they said the other jewellers were talking s**t and they resized it in a few hours for me! I got a new wedding band because my original has diamonds in and I wanted a band I could wear without worrying about what I was doing- I’m quite harsh on my rings.
So here are the pictures- 18carat white gold 4mm D shape wedding band with bark effect and my 18 carat white gold engagement ring with .5 carat tanzanite and .5 carat cwt of diamonds. I love them so much and don’t have anyone nearby to show them too, so I hope you’ll share in my happiness 🙂

seafii: Your set is really pretty, I love the pop of colour from the tanzanite. It must feel great to finally wear them after all that time! 🙂

seafii: It’s beautiful! I love how both rings work together, and the finish on your band is really pretty. They look fantastic together. Congratulations on finally being able to wear your rings together! I know how frustrating that can be. My original wedding band ended up being too small for me (pregnancy weight I could not get off — lol), and I couldn’t get it resized because it has an eternity design on it.
