Bling, anyone? ๐Ÿ™‚  I am hopefully going to get 2 bands that match my e-ring exactly.  I wanted a matching set that sits flush, as I prefer not to rock the gap.  Here’s my e-ring:

I’m not getting married for another year, but we’re going with a plain band for now. The reason? Mostly because of money. When we get married, I’ll still have 2 semesters left in college so our wedding budget is pretty tight.

After I graduate and we get more stable I’d like to get something with a little more sparkle.

Mine is a half eternity white gold band with 0.5 carat princess cut and round cut diamonds. I chose this style because I will only wear one ring which is my wedding band and wanted it to have a little sparkle. I originally wanted a plain band but fell in love with the half etenity style because I can turn it around and have the plain side up

I went for a fairly simple rose gold band.  My engagement ring was really non-traditional so it’s not something I wear all the time.  So for my wedding ring I wanted something that I could always wear and not be afraid of stones falling out.  Plus simplicity is more my style.

I’m getting a plain band and a band with stones because I couldn’t decide lol! I’m going to have both so I can “dress up or down” depending on my mood. ๐Ÿ™‚ That said, the plain band is going to be my “official” wedding band (as in the one he will put on my finger on our wedding day).

I’m undecided! In order to have a diamond band that matches my e-ring I’d have to have it custom made. But… I’m also a fan of a plain 2mm platinum band.

I might go plain band in order to save money and wait a few years for a diamond band.

I love my band! It was mistakingly put on clearance and when they found out the price was wrong, they had to give it to us anyway ๐Ÿ™‚

We did not purchase it from this website but this is exactly what it looks like. Half carat, half eternity prong-set band.

I don;t have a picture to share yet, but mine is BLUE DIAMONDS.

I worry it looks nothing like my Engagement Ring, but I Love love love the color.

I got a plain band.  I felt like everything clashed with my ring or took away from it, so I opted for a simple band and I love it.  Later if I want to do the whole custom band thing I will, but for now this is perfect for me.  My rings are SO dirty in this picture but here they are.

My ER came with a matching pave WB…Thank god! It took me forever agonizing over which engagement ring to pick, I would hate to put my Fiance through the same process for a WB.

My wedding band is a platinum half eternity band with 18 diamonds. It’s going to look like this:

    This is my engagement ring:

I really wanted to save money but I just couldn’t be happy without a diamond band. I wanted prong set because it is more secure than other settings and it went with the style of my engagement ring. I think they look amazing together.

ps: rockin the gap. I want to be able to wear my wedding band on its own in the future.
