IMO, the flower may get caught up in the train depending on how it’s attached to the shoe. Or worse, depending on what it’s made of, if it rubs enough during dancing, it could heat up/melt bc of the friction.

Gorgeous shoe, though!

By tropical wedding, do you mean on a beach?  Cause you definitely wouldn’t want to do a stiletto heel for that, wedges would be better.  If you’re outside at all you still might consider at least bringing another pair of shoes so you don’t sink into grass or something.

I think the flower is great for a tropical wedding! I love it! I don’t think it would be uncomfortable–it might tickle a bit but it shouldn’t be uncomfortable.  I think open toed would be good for tropical.  Maybe even colorful shoes!

I’m having a traditional church wedding.  Here are my shoes

springtimewedding1987 :  Oh okay!  Well then I think those shoes will be perfect!

I got mine at David’s, but I don’t think they sell them anymore.  I am honestly more comfortable with a higher heel height than what I bought (and FH is 16 inches taller than me so I could pick however high I wanted).  It’s a little weird for me walking in the lower heels, I’ll have to practice

I’m Greek, so I got married at the island where I come from, summer wedding ofc, here’s what I wore…

My wedding dress was huge and floor length.
