Ballet flats are classy and can be as pretty or plain as you want them to be.  There are a couple popular companies that make good ones, can’t think of their names off the top of my head but they’ll probably come up if you do a search for “best ballet flats”.

I think classic colored shoes (navy, red) would look really nice with a white gown.

Love balet flats for a wedding, you want to be comfortable, after all! Vera Wang Lavender are my favs, gorgeous jeweled flats.

I am wearing colored shoes for my June, 2013 wedding. Pink, while my dress is ivory. Pink is not a wedding color in any way but I love it so I’m doing it 🙂 Good luck!

They don’t look too tall; if you don’t wear a poofy veil you should be fine.

I am wearing a navy peep toe flat! They are super comfy, and in my opinion, super cute! I can not pull off heels for the wedding… i am right at 5’10 and my Fiance is about 5’7… so we already have a height gap!

Our ceremony is in grass, so my heel will be minimal and possibly covered with one of those heel covers.  I’d love a kelly green shoe, but can’t seem to find the perfect pair. I’ll probably end up with navy.

I wore ballet flats.   white satin ones for my ceremony.. and silver sequin ones during my reception.
