I ordered a pair of rose gold glitter Keds. My ceremony site requires me to walk down stairs while walking down the aisle. My reception is in a backyard. I was going to go with heels(something lower), but I want to be comfortable. Plus, I’m not much of a heel girl and would rather buy something I can wear again.

I’ve bought myself a pair of champagne gold glitter kitten heels – I bought them on lightinthebox.com – seriously have a look at the site!

My seamstress had me stand in them for almost 2 hours during my 1st fitting and they were super managable!

I wore a pair of glittery lace-up oxfords, and they were very cute and comfortable.

jenfortin :  they were so comfy!  Especially since my husby is only a few inches taller than me. I got them from Amazon. They were $17!  I believe the seller was Dream Paris!  Most my girls wore them as well 🙂

clementsbee :  Awesome! I’ll have to look them up.  I bought gold heels for the day but I know that I’ll want to slip into something more comfortable later on in the day. Those would be perfect! Thanks!

rockymountainbride17 :  Are you open to wedges? I find that wedges can offer that long-leg look without making you sore.

Im 99% sold on these, but even this heel might not work.

rockymountainbride17 :  also girl, if you want to wear Birkenstocks, wear the Birkenstocks. I live in mine in the summer. They were on my options list until I decided on bikerish boots.
