This one looks the same but free!  Never heard of either one, but I’ve heard of the idea and assumed it was all free. Those prices on wedding snap seem extremely high, but I guess I didn’t really read into the details much.

I have used http://photago.com which you can use both as app for smart phones and webpage for the ones with real cameras.

We used weddingsnap for our wedding a couple weeks ago and it was a lot of fun!  I’d recommend it.  We signed up when the “essentials” package was on promo for $103.  We sent an email to our friends and family with some info and the link to download the free phone app, and we enclosed the little info cards in our out-of-town welcome bags.

The app puts the photo on both the user’s phone and on the couple’s private website for all registered users to see.  Then any registered user can download print-quality photos from other users via the website.  The app has various options for the photos, like regular, black/white, vintage, sepia, etc.  It also allows you to capture video.

Not a whole lot of people used it, but we got around 225 candid photos by the end of the weekend, from the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and brunch.  It was a lot of fun to see how our guests experienced the wedding!  I certainly wouldn’t use it in place of a photographer.  But it’s a fun supplement if you want candids.  I’d just suggest being assertive about encouraging your guests to use it.  Hope this helps anyone who is considering it!
