A ‘day of’ timeline is essential, so bravo! It sounds like you are totally on top of your timeline, so you will have a much happier and glitch-free day! Make sure all of your vendors get a pre-copy so if they have any conflicts or changes you have time to update it. Then make sure everyone in the wedding party, venue contact, and all vendors get a finalized copy. Highlight or color code which family members need to be where when and doing what. Mine even had a ‘whose car has who in it’ and when they were expected to leave where they were staying. Mine also had notes for any service notes (for example, if you wanted a course served in a particular way, or some food or beverage not brought out until a particular time). You are in great shape ๐Ÿ™‚

I am doing a timeline as well… it’s pretty much done except for a few tweaks (still need to double check with caterer for when they thingk best time is for starting dinner service).  But I have it down, just need it finalized.
